Alastair has been at Laleham since 1964 and has been involved for over 30 years now as a PCC member, church warden and the driving force behind the fabric committee.

He is married to Lorna and they have three children who have grown up in the church.

He has been involved in estate agency for over 40 years and his focus is on property management. He is also a domestic energy assessor carrying out important work for the government. He loves a project and has even built his own folly which acts as the backdrop when holding an event in the garden. In the summer months he likes nothing better than a movie on the big screen outdoors when he can invite round the church family. At Laleham he leads the worship at the 10.45 service on keyboards but also enjoys playing with his old friends in their band from time to time. If he’s not out then he’ll be watching his favourite sport which is Formula 1.
