Laleham Church Playgroup

Laleham Church Playgroup was established more than 40 years ago and continues to operate under the sanction of
All Saints’ Parochial Church Council. Over the years, many All Saints’ members have had close links to Playgroup - either as child, parent, or ‘Auntie’ - that’s how the teachers have always been known. They meet on weekday mornings in All Saints’ Youth Centre.

The Ofsted inspection in July 2022 rated the Playgroup ‘Good’ in every aspect and found that:

‘Children are confident, happy and emotionally secure in this friendly pre-school. They receive a warm welcome from the caring staff team, which helps them to settle in quickly. Children have developed strong bonds with the kind and nurturing staff. Expectations for all children are high.’

Their Mission

They aim to work with parents and carers and provide a caring Christian environment in which each child will be stimulated to develop — socially, emotionally, physically, intellectually, linguistically and spiritually — through play.
