SOCCER & Netball School

4 days of quality coaching (Wed-Sat), lots of fun
and learning about Jesus Christ from the Bible.

Run in partnership with SportsReach,
Staines Congregational Church
and All Saints’ Laleham
for anyone, a regular at church or not.

Netball: Ages 9 - 13
Football: Ages 7 - 17

Here’s what the SportsReach team say:

At SportsReach Soccer and Netball Schools, we aim to develop skills, teamwork and sportsmanship. We also teach the good news of Jesus Christ from the Bible. That’s what SportsReach Sports Schools are all about… an all-round positive experience!

Soccer and Netball School is an opportunity for your child to receive the highest quality sporting instruction from experienced coaches. To ensure quality instruction, we maintain a ratio of one coach to every six to eight young people. The coaching takes place in a safe environment, with an emphasis on fun!

We also have daily Bible times with the children, which helps to develop the moral and spiritual aspects of a child’s life. Every day there is a meeting, which includes fun songs, a ‘coaches interview’ and a short Bible talk.

The week culminates on the final day with a ‘World Cup’ tournament between the teams, and we encourage family and friends to come and support. After the kids are finished, we also have a ‘parents vs coaches’ match, giving the adults opportunity to have a go!

Finally, an awards service will held at Staines Congregational Church on the Sunday morning at which the children receive their prizes. Everyone is invited!

Timetable

Here’s what a typical SportsReach day looks like for those aged 7-14:

10.00 –  Registration & fun games
10.15 - 12.00 –  Skills coaching
12.00 - 12.30 – Small Bible Groups
12.30 - 1.15 – Pack Lunch & joke competition!
1.15 - 2.00 – Coaches interview & Bible talk
2.00 - 4.00 – Matches
4.00 – Awards and home time

(the older teens have a separate timetable).

Cost

All this for only £68 per child. (Lunch is not included)

If you're signing up 2 or more siblings then each additional sibling is only £58 per child.

If the child is eligible for Pupil Premium funding at school, then there’s a further discount to £28. You’ll need to give us permission to contact your school to verify your eligibility.
